Playing with my new brushes on SAI.

Meet the most stupid dragon you'd ever seen. Isn't he awesome ?
And yes, his scepter is a torch lamp. :3

EDIT : I've changed the sad background, it really bothered me. Now the dragon can make sparks with his tail. :3
